| The evening concert will commence at seven thirty. The first half will be a
'traditional' concert by the Band, but the second half will be something special!
The second half of this concert will feature performances by a 'massed' band. An
invitation is extended to all former/retired bandsmen/bandswomen of Boscombe Band to participate in this. We would
also be pleased to welcome anyone who was a bandsman/bandswoman at other Corps and who now soldiers here at
Boscombe (even if you have not played with our Band before). There will be a short rehearsal on the Saturday
Afternoon at approximately 4pm following the civic reception and tea will be provided for those involved so that
there is some time to socialise prior to the concert.
If you are interested in participating in this please give your name and what instrument/part you play to either
John Meredith or David Wilkinson.
On the Sunday the meetings - again led by our guests and featuring the band - will be at 10.45am and 4pm
