This evening the Band were privileged to take part (at the invite of the town council) in the civic ceremony at Fisherman's Walk to mark the Queen's 90th Birthday.  The band played a selection of appropriate music - including, of course, Under Two Flags - either side of a short address by the Mayor of Bournemouth, Councillor John Huw Adams, JP.

A good crowd had assembled and they were very appreciative of the Band's contribution to the evening. The beacon was duly lit at around 7.30pm and everyone joined in singing Happy Birthday.
